Terms and Conditions

We always endeavour to be as flexible as possible with cancellations and refunds as long as we have ample notice as we appreciate things can change quickly within our industry and plans can be affected. We have the following terms and conditions with regards to all bookings made for events:

Eyecare Glasgow, Eyecare Birmingham & Eyecare Roadshow & Online events/peer reviews:

1. Full refund provided if notified of cancellation no later that 7 days prior to the event
2. Option to re-schedule to an alternative event also available within that 7 day period
3. Credit can also be used for an alternative options, such as online events, online CPD pass or Roadshow event.
4. Any cancellations with less than 7 days notice but more than 48 hours will receive 50% refund or option to use refund amount (50% of original fee) towards other options as stated in point 3.
5. Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice will not be refunded or credited. 

Online CPD Pass:

1. The pass is valid for the duration of 2022
2. At the end of the year you will receive a notification to renew the pass or cancel.
3. Once the pass is purchased refunds cannot be provided unless no CPD points have been awarded.
